We collect the minimum needed to ship a great pre-launch experience and, later, a great espresso machine.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email address, stored to notify you about launch windows.
Founders reservations: your email, billing details processed by our payment provider (Stripe), and the serial number assigned to your unit.
Analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting page metrics — no third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To fulfill your reservation, send transactional updates, and improve the product. We never sell your data.

Subprocessors

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and our email provider. Each is bound by their own DPA and processes data only on our instructions.

Your rights

Email privacy@alvolo.cafe to access, export, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.
