Pre-order Terms

The Founders program reserves one of the first 999 ALVOLO units (serials AV-0001 to AV-0999). A $19 deposit holds your serial.

The deposit

$19 is charged at reservation via Stripe. It is fully refundable on request, any time before your unit enters production. At checkout, the deposit is credited 1:1 against the final price.

Serial assignment

Serials are assigned in the order deposits clear, AV-0001 first. Your serial is emailed within minutes of payment and is yours alone — non-transferable until delivery.

Pricing

Founders receive the lowest price ALVOLO will ever offer. Final retail price is confirmed at the production gate (Summer 2026); if it changes, Founders pricing is held.

Delivery

Target shipping window: October 2026, worldwide. Customs and duties, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility.

Refunds & cancellation

Email hello@alvolo.cafe with your serial. Refunds settle to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
